San Diego’s Premier Outpatient Treatment Program
We provide clients with a safe place to heal, that supports sustainable recovery.
Who Comes to Our Addiction Treatment Center?
We are an outpatient program designed for working adults who are employed and live at home. We provide long-term, sustainable treatment for substance abuse disorders. Confidential Recovery is an excellent option for continued treatment and support once individuals have been stabilized in a detox or a residential treatment program.
Times have changed and so have approaches to treatment. We are conscious of the adage, “If all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail”. Our goal through the treatment process is to instill new choices to our client and help them respond differently to the occurrences in life which in the past have triggered an substance abuse episode.
We use cutting edge evidenced-based treatment processes established by medical research studies showing what works best for each type of client. Our treatment is mindful of the role that past traumas (PTSD), relationships, and mood disorders have on individuals’ battle with addiction. Evidenced-based practices such as:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
- Embodied Mindfulness
…all go to help clients garner interpersonal and emotional regulation skills. These skills support sustainable behavioral choices that are in line with their values and goals.
