The building is located right next to the CHI Health Clinic Cardiology Center and CHI Health Immanuel off of North 68th Plaza. T
he center welcomes everyone who is faced with mental health troubles or trauma. Whether the patient needs ongoing counseling services, in-patient mental health services, or substance abuse support; the center is able to provide the service or recommend where to go to get it.
